We devote keen attention to every minute detail of your tour. At the same time, we request you to read and follow the below Terms and Conditions so as to avoid any misunderstanding and ensure a hassle-free and enjoyable tour.

This page sets forth the terms and conditions under which Incredible Voyages provides the information on this Website, as well as the terms and conditions governing your use of this site. By making use of this site, you shall be presumed to have agreed to the terms and conditions we have outlined below and these terms and conditions constitute your binding obligations towards Incredible Voyages. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not continue to use or access this site.


Prices are quoted on a per person basis, correct at time of publishing and subject to change without prior notice. Taxes and fuel surcharges apply depending on destinations and are subject to change. All flight, tour and hotel availabilities are on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last. Promotions are non-combinable on a first come first served basis, while stocks last. Peak Season/Weekend surcharges may apply for selected flights. Strictly no refunds after bookings are confirmed and ticketed. Incredible Voyages reserves the right to reclaim and charge the full retail value of the gift(s) to the customer if the booking is subsequently cancelled for any reason. An admin fee of S$50 per person will be levied for any amendment on top of other charges (where applicable) imposed by supplier(s) or airline(s). While all efforts have been made to ensure accuracy of the above content, Incredible Voyages will not be held responsible for any changes after publishing. Other terms and conditions apply.



Incredible Voyages grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. You shall not make reservation in the name of fictitious person. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that would interfere or be reasonably expected to interfere with the normal working of this site. You agree that you shall not take any action that imposes a burden or load on our infrastructure that Incredible Voyages deems in its sole discretion to be unreasonable or disproportionate to the benefits Incredible Voyages obtains from your use of the site. You are prohibited from posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage acts or omissions that would amount to a criminal offense or attempt to commit a criminal offense, or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyright, trademark, or other proprietary right, or any other harm resulting from your use of this site.

Warranties and Representations

By making a booking, you hereby warrant, represent and undertake that:-

You are 18 years of age and above and you have legal capacity to enter into legally binding contracts with the Company;

All information submitted by you in the booking are accurate;

You are authorized to make the booking by all persons named on the booking, including without limitation the parent / guardian of all persons below 18 years of age;

The persons named in the booking accept the terms and conditions herein;

You will inform the persons named in the booking of the confirmation details and all other appropriate information; and

You are responsible for making all payments due to us.

Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act


No person who is not a party to any transaction between you and the Company shall have any rights whatsoever under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act.


1.  All fares quoted are in Singapore Dollars unless otherwise stated

2. Fares and ticketing conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

3. All fares exclude all the relevant taxes and other mandatory entry or exit taxes which shall be borne by passengers unless otherwise stated. Such taxes may change from time to time and can be imposed even after the date that the booking has been confirmed. Passengers shall nevertheless bear such taxes or charges as and when they fall due prior to departure.

4. Promo Fares are non-refundable.

5. All fares, flight schedules and routes published are correct at time of publication. The Company reserves the right to revise any fares or flight schedules at any time without prior notice.

Child Fare

Eligibility: Below 12 years (on the date of departure). Child fare is based on the relevant Supplier's requirements.

Tour Fare Excludes

Visa fees

Airport taxes, excess baggage charges

Where applicable, Custom User Fees, Nordic Environment Tax, Fuel taxes, Port Tax, Service Fee, etc.

Meals, beverages, room services or any other item not listed in the itinerary

Gratuities or tips to drivers, tour guides or tour leaders

Porter's fee at the hotel and airport

Optional tour (if any)

Flight insurance / Travel Insurance.

Tour prices are based on current airfares and service prices (e.g. Government tax and exchange rates) applicable at the time of print and quotation and are subject to change without prior notice.



Accommodation is as specified in the tour itinerary in the tour booking. It is based on sharing twin or doubles. For triple share, the extra bed would be a "roll-away" bed or mattress. Single room occupancy would be at an additional cost. For farm stay and ski resorts, sharing of bathroom facilities may be necessary. In the event the accommodation booked or requested is not available, every effort will be made for an alternative in another accommodation of similar standard.

Special Request

If there are any requests regarding special meals, dietary requirements, adjoining rooms and others, please inform the Company when making the reservation. Such requests are subject to availability and confirmation.

Itinerary changes / Changes in the Itinerary:

The Company reserves the right to modify or alter the tour itinerary in case of force majeure conditions. Changes shall be informed to the guests at the earliest. Any additional charges, if applicable, are to be paid by the guest.

Other than force majeure, for any other unavoidable circumstances, if the company curtails or cancels a certain day's sightseeing, refund for the concerned portion of the sightseeing/tour shall be given to the guest. The Company will not be responsible for any kind of claims.

The Company reserves the right to change (addition/deletion on exchange) sightseeing places for betterment of the tour programed.

If sightseeing timings aren't adhered to, or if any add-ons are required then the same will be borne by the guests.

Sightseeing days and closing of a particular sightseeing place are not in our hand, but we try our level best to cover all the sightseeing listed in the tour program. In case if any sightseeing is closed we may give you a replacement of that place or refund may be given for that particular sightseeing place only. Sightseeing of adventurous type is totally dependent on weather. In case, the weather turns out to be unfavorable & sightseeing is not possible, refund will be given.

Booking Criteria:

Guest's interest to participate in the tour.
Payment of the registration amount indicates that the guest is interested in the tour and has read and accepted all the terms and conditions mentioned on the Incredible Voyages brochure/website/booking form. In case of a guest who is processing the booking formalities on behalf of his/her family is deemed to have been authorized to do so by his family after reading all the Incredible Voyages terms and conditions mentioned on the brochure/website/booking form

Reservations and Deposit

A deposit is required upon booking. Minimum deposit per passenger (based on tour fare) is: -

Nonpayment of full tour price before departure.

The company reserves the right to cancel and forfeit the paid amount in case of non- payment of full tour cost 30 days prior to the departure date.

Documentation required for a tour:

It is the passenger's responsibility to ensure that his/her international passport has a validity period of at least 6 months from the date of departure. Relevant visas and vaccinations may be required. Cancellation charges apply for any cancellation due to non-approval of visas or any other reasons as stated above. For Singapore permanent residents, please bring along your exit permits when travelling.

For foreign passport holders, it is the passenger's responsibility to hold valid re-entry VISAS. The Company will, wherever possible, but shall not be obliged to assist you to obtain the necessary visas. Service charges and visa fees will be borne by you. The Company does not guarantee the approval of the visa application. If for any reason, your application for visa or exit permit is rejected, you must notify the Company at least 30 days prior to departure, and administration charges will apply. If less than 30 days’ notice is given, the relevant cancellation charges will apply in addition to the administration charges.

The Company shall not be responsible for any expenses, reimbursement or refund of any tour prices if any passenger is refused entry by any country on the tour for whatever reason, including lack of necessary visas. All proper travel documentation is the sole responsibility of the passenger.

Health and Travel Insurance

When you book a tour, or when someone else books a tour for you, on your name, that means you are physically fit to travel to that destination. It is very important for you to take care of your health throughout the tour. Any health issue on tour or any stay back due to the same shall be borne by that respective guest only, the company shall not be held responsible in whatsoever manner

Adequate travel insurance is strongly recommended. Under no circumstances is the Company to be construed as a carrier under contract for safe carriage of any passenger or his / her baggage and belongings. Our staff will be pleased to assist in the enquiries of any travel insurance.

Extension of Stay / Deviation

Extension of stay / deviation may be permitted at the end of tour, subject to validity and restrictions of air ticket, seat confirmation and availability of hotel prior to commencement of tour. It is the passenger's responsibility to confirm his / her return flight. When extension of stay / deviation cannot be confirmed three weeks prior to the group's departure date, the passenger is deemed to be taking the original tour schedule. In the event that the original arrangement has been changed by the Company during the process, any extra cost will be borne by you.

Extension of stay / deviation will be at the passenger’s own expense and transfer to airport will not be provided. The air ticket issued is a special ticket, restricted to a specific airline only. It is non-negotiable, non-transferable, non-endorsable, non-reissuable, non-refundable and non- reroutable. Any alteration in routing or dates by a passenger is solely at his / her own risk. The Company and its associated agents shall not be held responsible for any inconvenience caused and extra expense incurred. No refund will be made for any unused air ticket, accommodation, meals, or sightseeing in part or full.


Guest/s is responsible for their own baggage. The baggage at the airport, during any air travel, in coaches, in any train journey, at immigration point’s etc., guest/s has to verify and be responsible for the same. The porterage or the tips for services rendered to carry guest/s baggage to the rooms is guest/s responsibility and have to be paid directly to the service provider. The "porter" or any helper arranged by the guest/s at any train stations, airports, at immigration points or any other place, is the sole responsibility of the guest/s and guest/s shall have to pay tip directly to them.

Payment and Cancellation Charges

Full payment is required 14-45 days before departure and/or immediate payment for FIT bookings as stipulated by the handling travel consultants upon booking confirmation. 3rd parties tour product might have its own payment terms and conditions and such conditions shall apply. Failure to comply with this may result in cancellation of your booking. In such an event, the charges stated below will be payable by you. Cancellation charges may vary during peak periods (including without limitation, public holidays, day before and after public holidays and school holidays both in Singapore and the destination country).

Cancellation notice and charges per person

Notice of cancellation of booking must be given in writing to the Company.

Cancellation fee under terms & conditions of the third parties shall apply with a handling charge of S$50 per service per passenger.

For any changes in the departure date or tour type as requested by you, cancellation charges as stated above shall apply.

Amendment to Tour Itinerary by Passengers

For every request made regards of whether any previous amendments was confirmed by airline, hotel or otherwise, there will be a minimum amendment fee of S$50 per person per amendment on top of whatever charges (if any) imposed by the supplier(s). All requests must be made upon booking in writing and received by us 30 days prior to commencement of tour.

Amendment to Tour Itinerary Request By The Company

The Company will make reasonable efforts to avoid changes in the itinerary. However, the Company reserves the right to make changes at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak periods, festive seasons, etc.

Cancellation of Tour by the Company

Members should be aware that the Company is acting as an agent for the Suppliers. After a deposit or full payment is made, all arrangements are still subject to confirmation. When the arrangements cannot be confirmed, the Company will endeavor to notify you 14 days prior to departure.

The Company may, in its absolute discretion, recommend alternative tours preferably to the same destination or other tours to you, based on the tour fare of that cancelled tour. Should you decide not to accept the alternative(s), all refunds will be paid to you within 3 months. The Company shall not have any further liability towards you.

Transfer of tour:

A transfer from the originally booked tour to another tour is treated as cancellation of earlier tour and hence, a fresh booking of another tour has to be made. All cancellation charges will apply on the gross tour price and not on the discounted tour price of the earlier booked tour. The tour price and discounts available / given for the cancelled tour are not valid for fresh booking. Tour price and discounts prevailing on the date of fresh booking of another tour will be applicable. In case if booking is cancel and alternate booking is given in the same tour in that case whatever at actual air ticket cancel charges will be applicable and for new booking new discount will be applicable.

Liabilities and Responsibilities of the Company:

The liability of the Company is restricted only to make reservation in accordance with the guest's requirements & no further. Company is not liable for any loss of person or property caused or damaged or suffered by the tourist on account of deficiency in services by any independent contractor.

Any gesture of courtesy extended by the Company to the tourist to minimize such loss or damage will not constitute an admission of such liability or a waiver. The Company shall in no circumstances whatsoever be liable to the tourist or any other person for any loss or expenses because:

Taking care of the valuables is the sole responsibility of the guest; in fact we suggest and recommend you not to carry unnecessary valuables like gold, high end equipment on tour.

Train/flight delays, on account of any reason due to rescheduling/cancellation of train/flights/inter-connection/ meals not being served etc. is not in the control of the company.

Any change due to force majeure including weather condition / strike / war / VIP movement and security, heavy rush at sightseeing places, road traffic congestion etc., are not in control of the company.

Allocation of seats and food service in the aircraft because the airline reserves the right of allocation.

Any personal injury, sickness, accident, loss, delay, discomfort, consequential loss and/or damage or any damage to baggage or personal effects howsoever caused.

Any injury, loss, personal harm, death or damage caused to any person or property by the act or default of the management/ employees / agents of any independent contractor.

Any damages, additional expenses or any consequential losses suffered by the guest due to cancellation, amendment and / or alteration of any of the services of the tour mentioned in the itinerary / brochure by the Company after the registration / booking by the tourist. Each of these conditions shall be severable from the other, if any provision declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, then remaining provisions nevertheless have full force & effect.

Complaints / Claims

Any complication/claim must be made in writing within two (2) weeks after the product/service had been supplied or rendered. The Company shall not entertain any complaint/claim not made within the stipulated time period.
